Facilitate enhanced capacity and capability
As part of our second goal, the VNI has a strong focus on capacity and capability building in the Victorian neurotrauma community.
Specifically, we aim:
- To increase the focus on research, enhance provider skills and foster knowledge transfer within the Victorian neurotrauma community.
- To develop and manage training schemes and fellowships to build capacity in basic, clinical, rehabilitation and disability neurotrauma research, and
- To enhance inter-agency knowledge transfer and communications.
