Karen Sait

Manager, VNI

Prior to joining the VNI Karen was the Executive Manager, Strategic Engagement and Development with the Western Region Health Centre. Karen has over 20 years experience in leadership and senior positions within the health, non government and government sectors. From 2004 - 2008 she was the elected local government representative (councillor) for St Kilda within the City of Port Phillip.

Karen has a range of skills and expertise in corporate governance: change management; policy development and; the delivery of innovative initiatives that enhance the health and wellbeing of individuals and the community.

Karen has a Masters in Primary Health Care (Flinders University, South Australia), Bachelor of Social Work (Melbourne University) and a Bachelor of Arts (University of Western Australia).

In her role as Manager, VNI, Karen oversees all activities of the VNI, supervises the executive team and reports to the Board of Directors. She is responsible for ensuring that the VNI meets its objectives and delivers value to stakeholders and the community.
